We Go Everywhere Together – bringing puppets on RPG adventures

This is a zine-format addon for most RPGs. It has rules, but not mechanics. The download is an A5 Zine-formatted rule set. 8 pages total.

The premise is simple: every player character has a living puppet on one hand. That puppet’s personality does not match the character’s personality.

The mechanics are also simple. At the DM’s requests, a player has to draw two cards from a standard poker deck.

If both cards are black: No effect from the puppet.

If cards are mixed colour: The players should roll-play arguing with the puppets about what to do next and the puppets may throw a tantrum.

If both cards are red: One or more puppets insists on doing things their own way and overpowers their character, dragging them along on a new counter plan.

If either card drawn is a Joker: The argument between a character and puppet is so great that they traumatically separate.
